I liked the room size. breakfast had good variety. the staff were very helpful when our electric tripped in the morning. They sorted it out quickly.

the hotel is looking tired. chairs in the room needed cleaning. the walls were also dirty.

clean room friendly staff modern pool great touch

The room was always clean and i liked it had a television. The food was excellent as was the staff. The pools were modern and i felt it was good value. It rain and i got wet the manger said i could use a room and have a shower and put on fresh clothes to travel home. I thought that was a great touch.

The staff provided excellent service in all areas i used. They helped with luggage and directions. They were available throughout the day and night at reception, providing assistance and information when asked.

I had a Double Room Terrace with nice space. The daily room cleaning was thorough, which I appreciate.

The walls looked a bit thin, i could hear neighbour talking.

Monica was helpful and sweet. the pool area was enjoyable. the location was good. i left my luggage after checkout and had a place to shower before my bus. It was a kind gesture.

The room needed better cleaning as the chairs and walls looked dirty. They require some freshening. there was no information sheet in the room providing details on facilities or available activities.
